By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Definitions - “Platform” refers to sbaar ERP and all related services. - “User” refers to any individual or business using the platform. - “Company” refers to sbaar ERP. - “Services” include ERP tools, invoicing, project management, payment integrations, APIs, notifications, and related features. 2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using sbaar ERP, you confirm that you: - Are legally authorized to use the services. - Agree to these Terms & Conditions. - Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately. 3. Services Provided sbaar ERP provides cloud-based business management solutions including: - CRM & client management - Project management - Team task management - Invoicing & billing - Payment links - Payment gateway integrations - Asset & expense management - API integrations - Email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications - Reporting and analytics Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. 4. User Accounts Users are responsible for: - Maintaining account confidentiality - Securing login credentials - All activities under their account The Company is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence. 5. Subscription & Payments - Some services require paid subscriptions. - Fees are billed based on selected plans. - Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe, PayPal, Moyasar, Tabby, Tamara, and others. - Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. 6. Third-Party Integrations The platform may integrate with third-party services and APIs including payment gateways, messaging providers, accounting systems, and external software. sbaar ERP is not responsible for: - Third-party outages - External API failures - Service interruptions outside our control - Third-party policy changes 7. Acceptable Use Users agree not to: - Use the platform for illegal activities - Upload malicious code or harmful content - Attempt unauthorized access - Abuse APIs or system resources - Send spam or fraudulent communications The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms. 8. Data & Privacy Users retain ownership of their business data. sbaar ERP implements reasonable security measures to protect data; however, no system is completely secure. Users are responsible for: - Backing up important data - Maintaining compliance with local laws - Obtaining customer consent where required 9. Intellectual Property All platform content, software, branding, design, logos, and technology remain the property of sbaar ERP. Users may not: - Copy - Resell - Reverse engineer - Redistribute - Modify platform code or services without authorization 10. API Usage API access may be subject to: - Usage limits - Rate limits - Technical restrictions Abuse of APIs may result in access suspension. 11. Service Availability While we strive for high uptime, sbaar ERP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or external provider failures may temporarily affect services. 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, sbaar ERP shall not be liable for: - Indirect damages - Data loss - Revenue loss - Business interruption - Third-party failures - Unauthorized access beyond reasonable control Use of the platform is at your own risk. 13. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts if: - Terms are violated - Fraudulent activity is detected - Payments remain overdue - Platform abuse occurs Users may cancel subscriptions according to their billing cycle. 14.
